I lived this way for years. At first, as a wife, mother and office manager, I did all the things I thought you were supposed to do make yourself happy. I dragged myself out of bed every morning, got my daughter to daycare and went to the office job where everyday was dealing with one problem after another.
Then my mother died. Right after that I also lost my favorite uncle and another member of my family. All of the sudden, it felt like my entire support system was gone. The other thing staring me in the face, which was the hardest to admit, was the growing realization that the man I was married to was not the man I thought he was.
This was probably the lowest point of my life.
That’s when it hit me: I’m either going to make some changes in my life or I’m going to live like this until the day I die!
It doesn’t have to be this way. You can create a life of passion and purpose. You are the most valuable person in your life. You can discover what makes your Soul sing and be truly happy.

It took me awhile but I realized that if I was going to be truly happy and do something I loved, then it was up to me to find out what that was. I began taking classes and studying everything I could about self-development and finding your purpose. The problem was that most of them had long questionnaires to fill out, which I hate doing, and I had several areas of interest. I just ended up being more confused than when I started.
Over time and with several stops and starts, I finally did figure out what my purpose was. And what I truly loved doing. I also found when I was working with people in my Life Change Catalyst™ coaching programs that I seemed to have a knack in assisting others to find their purpose.
Since one of my highest values is to help people empower themselves and their lives, I knew I had to reach even greater numbers of people in actualizing their purpose and why they are here. I believe each of us came into this world with unique and special gifts all our own. Our “mission” is to share these gifts with others to enhance their lives. So the more people I can help actualize their purpose, the more people will benefit from all these gifts.
